Last October, Police arrested Bobby Brown, singer and ex-husband of the late Whitney Houston, in Los Angeles on a third DUI charge after Police witnessed him driving erratically on a suspended driver’s license.  As punishment, Mr. Brown was recently sentenced to 55 days in prison but was released after spending only nine hours in jail….
