Justin Bieber Will Be Charged with Criminal Vandalism

Justin Bieber may soon be a felon after allegedly egging his Calabasas neighbor in January. The egging reportedly cost the neighbor over $20,000. The DA’s office is divided on how to file the charges, but the deputy district attorney assigned to the case believes it should be a felony. According to TMZ, the attorney allegedly said, “If we don’t charge him with a felony, we ruin precedent for every other felony case we want to charge.”

The DA is not lacking evidence. TMZ posted a video shot by the victim at the time of the egging, and despite it being dark; you clearly hear Bieber in the background. Bieber also had his own surveillance video seized, also showing that he was a participant in the egging.
