Bobby Brown Sentenced to 55 Days in Jail for DUI
According to a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, forty-four-year-old (44) R&B singer, Bobby Brown has been sentenced to 55 days in jail and four years of summary probation for his most recent DUI arrest on October 24th. Specifically, Mr. Brown was sentenced to 10 days for drunk driving, 35 days for violating his probation on a prior DUI charge and 10 days for driving on a suspended license. Mr. Brown was also ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol treatment program and attend three Alcoholics Anonymous classes. Christopher Brown, the singer’s attorney, said “Mr. Brown has accepted responsibility for what occurred last October. Mr. Brown continues to remain committed to his sobriety.”
Mr. Brown must report to jail by March 20th.
