DUI defense attorney Melanie Beauchamp is an aggressive and experienced attorney who has worked hard to protect her clients’ rights and privileges throughout her years of practicing law in Arizona. She has extensive trial experience, with appearances in federal, state, justice and city courts throughout Arizona and thrives on the active verbal and intellectual exchanges that occur when court is in session. Ms. Beauchamp has a strong sense of justice which is reflected in her passion for criminal defense and her dedication to protecting the rights of her clients.
Attorney Beauchamp has a law degree from the University of Virginia, a Masters in economics from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts, Honors, in economics from York University. To continue her education and remain ahead of Arizona’s ever-changing laws and successful defense techniques, Ms. Beauchamp attends legal education seminars and meets weekly with other members of the criminal defense bar to discuss strategy, case law and trial techniques.

Attorney Kristina L. Sitton
Kristina L. Sitton has been an Associate Attorney at Beauchamp Law Office since October of 2007. After graduating from Arizona State University College of Law in 2004, she went to work immediately as a Deputy Public Defender in Maricopa County. While there, she was personally responsible for handling all aspects of indigent felony representation from simple drug offenses to first-degree, non-capital murder. Her trial experience includes simple drug possession, drug possession for sale, domestic violence offenses, residential burglary and various types of aggravated assault.
Before leaving the Public Defender’s Office to join Beauchamp Law Office, Ms. Sitton was promoted to Senior Associate Attorney. As a senior associate attorney, she was responsible for mentoring and supervising younger attorneys with trial preparation and trial work.
